Strict Maximum Capacity & Extra Pax Surcharge

Maximum allowable capacity WEEKDAYS: 10-15Pax (Additional up to 20Pax)
Maximum allowable capacity WEEKENDS: 20-25 Pax (Additional up to 10Pax)
Additional Charges beyond the Villa Capacity is Php200/Pax

  • Head count applies to everyone that enter and stays into the resort regardless of whether they are staying for the duration of use
  • Only pre-registered guests are allowed to enter the property
What is the maximum allowable capacity

Are Kids included in the maximum capacity?

No fees for kids age 1 and below. Please contact our booking office if you have further questions.

Are there Corkage Fees?

Are there restaurant or store in the Resort or outside the Villa?

Our resort does not have a restaurant where you can order food. However, there are Stores located outside the resort

Are there blanket, towel or other toiletries in the guest room?

Please bring your own personal use:
  Blanket, Towel, Soap, Shampoo and Utensils (Dining/Cooking)
  However you can rent pots, pans, and utensils
  (Please ask our Booking Staff before check in)

How many cars are allowed in the resort?

Parking Capacity is strictly up to two (2) cars ONLY in each resort

What is the Videoke Curfew Hours?

Our resort curfew time in the evening is 9PM
Videoke and extensive sound is strictly prohibited during curfew hours as guidelines from our Subdivision HOA (Home Owners Association) and neighbouring areas

Can the resort accommodate or is accessible for PWD and Senior Citizen?

PWD and Senior Citizen, Minor age
1) We do have some Villa that can accommodate PWD and Senior Citizen.

What are your Events, Special Occasion Surcharge Policy?

For Event styling, Balloon installation is NOT allowed unless it is standalone (centerpieces and standalone decors)

Use of Tape of any kind (scotch tape, double-sided, masking tape etc.) is not allowed to be sticked on any of our walls. Decors/Tarps can be tied to our I-Beams with strings

All decor should also be removed by the guest before check out. Any damage incurred will be charged accordingly.

Property Damage charge starts at Php1,000

How much is the charge for Extra Guest and how many allowed extra guest in the villa of your choice?

Extra Guest which depends on the Capacity of the Villa

Extra Pax @ Php200 Each via Online Payment

Extra Pax @ Php500 Each if via on Site Payment

– Strictly up to the maximum capacity of the villa of preferred choice

– Head count upon check in

– Proof of payment required upon check in

We require payment of extra pax to be Paid Online up to the maximum capacity of the Villa of your choice

What are your PET Policy?
PET Friendly Policy
 

Our private resort is a pet-friendly resort. If you are bringing your family pet with you, there is a minimal of Php100.00/Pet

Pet Surcharge fees – see other extra charges below for Pet policy

 PET OWNER REMINDERS BELOW: 

1) Only one small dog / cat allowed   

2) Pets are allowed in some areas of the villa such as Main floor, 2nd floor and hallways
Pets are NOT allowed inside the Room and in the swimming pool   

3) Php1,500.00 Fee use of pool
Applies If pet owner(s) allowed their pets to use the pool, for an extra surcharge fee for cleaning which cover the cost of draining the pool before check-out time; cover enough extra disinfection of the pool as courtesy to our next guest

We strictly prohibit pet in the pool and surrounding area

   4) Php300.00 Excessive clean-up fee
Please clean up after your pet mess
Fee applies if your pet’s pee, poop, and food are left on the floor   

5) Php1,000.00 as penalty for breaking the pet policy
There is an additional deep-cleaning fee and We charge the Guest for damages and abuse of the property

Please bring your own personal use

What are Security Deposit? (Refer to Payment Guide)
Security deposit Policy
We require a refundable security deposit of Php1,000 CASH prior to check in time.
This will cover for any damages that may incurred at inside the villa including pool area
Property Damage charge starts at Php1,000
This Php1,000 (One Thousand) CASH will be returned after inspection was completed and NO damages or missing items in the resort upon check out time
What if the number of Guest is beyond the maximum number of capacity?

How to book and other payment instruction
 

How to book

Once you decide for a particular date and booked a selected date, it is deemed ON HOLD or “TENTATIVE ” reservation This Tentative Reservation or Pencil Book will be “ON HOLD” for only 24 hours period 

Deposit Payment is required within the 24 hours timeline

Full Payment is required at least three (3) days before Check-In Date

Payment should be made via our acceptable mode of payment transfer (See Mode of Payment below)

 You will receive an email confirming your tentative booking with instructions on how to send your payment

1. Online Bank transfer via our BDO Account or
2. G-Cash Payment to our BDO Account Please email your Receipt or Proof of Payment indicated with your “Booking reference #”; “Check in Date”, “Day Tour/Night Tour”; as per instruction indicated in the email you received from our booking staff    

 

Deposit or Full Payment

You may book and choose to pay;
1. Partial Payment of 50% Deposit which is considered TENTATIVE reservation or Pencil Book

2. Full Payment is considered CONFIRMED booking

 

Partial Payment of 50% deposit should be made within 24 hours timeframe

Full payment is required to be completed three (3) days before your check in date (s)

Failure to comply will forfeit the reserved spot and a Cancellation Fee applies.

 Expect an email regarding the status of your reservation and applicable charges 3-5 days before the check in date (s)
