  4. Discounts / Promos only applies if published / posted via our social media or legit website – official Cranston Resort website, official Facebook Page, and official Instagram account.
  5. Promo Rates only applies if available or purchased “on the Promo Month”. This does not apply to early booking.
  6. Senior discount(s) / PWD – Government ID is required, counted, and applies only, after the exceeded number of guests, after the minimum capacity of the resort/villa, or counted as Extra Pax (ie: min #of guest = 15, max # of guest 20 = 5 Extra Pax.  Senior/PWD discount applies on extra pax)

BOOKING POLICY

  1. First Pay, First Book Basis
  2. No Pencil Booking
  3. 50% Downpayment required to secure reservation.
  4. Reserved dates are considered final. Non-refundable. No re-booking.
  5. No Show, No Refund (Applies to 1 or more reservation or booking) – Booking is considered Sold and Forfeited
  6. Security Deposit or Damage Deposit - required at the point of sale and/or time of reservation.
  7. Rates depends on peak season and low season (Please refer to Rate Policy)
  8. Completed Reservation Slip to be Filled-Up
    • Primary Guest Name, Villa of Choice, Session Am/Pm, Target Booking Date, Number of Guests, Contact Number.
  9. Availability of villa(s) may range between 7days to 14days, we require advance booking for guest to reserve the desired dates.
    • We cannot guarantee availability without the required down payment or deposit.
  10. Primary Guest name with at least 1 valid ID is required to sign in the Lease of Agreement (LOA)
  11. Principal Guest, who contact and made the reservation date to our booking staff via FB Page is required to sign in the Lease  of Agreement and will be responsible and liable as herein written in this legal document(s)
  12. An Authorized Guest Representative is required and must be provided in this agreement.
    This is the appointed secondary contact, in the absence of the Principal Guest at the time of check-in and is also held liable in this agreement prior to check-in.
  13. Guest List includes names and age are mandatory.
  14. Number of Guests is strictly within the villa(s) capacity as stated in Standard Resort capacity.

SHORT TERM / LONG TERM / STAYCATION

  1. Our Villa (s) prioritize guest looking for Long Term staycation, from One Month, One Week, or 22 Hours Priority
  2. 10 Hours Stay, depends on availability, and can be moved on similar unit depending on unexpected circumstances.
  3. Walk-Ins are welcome depending on availability. Standard Package rate applies.

BOOKING / RE-BOOKING POLICY

  1. Same Day Booking:
    • Full Payment is required, No Refund, No Cancellation
    • Re-Booking allowed - No Penalty
    • (One time Re-booking with rate difference applies)

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY

  1. Refundable once determined cleared and without damages in the villa(s)
  2. Refund will be turn over after a Walk-Through Check list has been signed by assigned staff and signatures are required on a check-in/check-out list.
  3. Any Lost and or Damages to the Villa - Personal property or within the property in either way caused damage(s) will be deducted based on the existing market price, damaged fees or charges applies.

UPGRADE, DOWNGRADE, EXTENSION, EARLY CHECK IN / EARLY CHECK OUT POLICY

  1. Upgrade
    • If the Primary Guest and its authorized visitor(s) have a sudden change of preference to a higher rate Villa/Resort, and or higher rate session will require to pay difference and penalty fee applies.
  2. Downgrade
    • If the Primary Guest and its authorized visitor(s) have a sudden change of preference to a lower rate Villa/Resort, and or lower rate session.
    • No Refund from a higher rate /higher session villa to lower rate/lower session villa.
    • Stated in Booking/Re-Booking Policy applies. - Clause #11 Penalty Fee applies.

  3.  Early check-in and Late check-out Policy –

As much as we would love our guest to enjoy their stay longer, we require our guest to inquire for availability, earlier of their stay, for Management approval. For extended minutes /hours without notice, penalty applies as outlined under Other charges (see #17)

due to time constraint and strict cleaning procedure as our courtesy for our next guest.

Early check-in and late check-out will depend on our Villa availability. We require advance request on the date of booking and will be permitted once Villa is available.

    • Cranston Bay Resort – Php800/hour

4. Extension hours without Notice to Management – Exceed 15 mins

Extension without notice, if the next session is unavailable, will be charged with penalty. see rate on #17

Due to time constraint, and strict cleaning procedure, this will require additional on-call staff to prepare the facility as courtesy for our next guest.  Penalty rate below:

    • Cranston Bay Resort – Php2,000/every 30mins

** This is to cover the cost of extra labor/extra staff/extra on-call that requires to complete the full cleaning capacity of the facility, in courtesy and on time for the next incoming guest as we only allot a protocol of full 2 hours thorough cleaning, disinfecting and full walk-in inspection of the resort premises.

5. Early Check Out/ CancellationEarly Check-Out /Cancellation of remaining hour(s)

    • The Resort and its Management is not liable to provide discount for early check out.
    • If Guest opted an early check out, or CANCEL their stay, the Full Payment will be forfeited and considered SOLD.

6. Revised Booking Slip Required

    • Declaration of intent for the use of Villa, Additional Changes or Additional Request, other than the initial declaration at the time of booking –
    • Guest must declare if the Villa will be used for bigger events (such as parties, get together, team building, and the like,) must be declared to avoid last minute request and shortage of supply like furniture, tables, etc.
    • For any request, like early or late check-in/check-out request, additional pax, additional time, additional use of appliance(s), must be advise ahead of time to avoid penalties.
    • Booking Staff and or Resort Management must be informed in clear writing, by the Primary Guest or its’ authorized visitor(s), as early as at the time of booking or at least 1 day before check in.
    • Booking staff will only confirmed by signing in writing, as proof if the resort may accommodate or if can be allowed, the primary guests request.

7. Upgrade, Downgrade, Extension Payment

    • Permitted depending on Villa availability, Must be settled at the time of request and will be updated on the booking slip.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT

  1. A 50% Deposit required of package rate at the time of booking to secure / reserve the spot.
  2. No Deposit, No Reservation – First Pay, First Book Policy – Deposit is required to secure the guest booking.
  3. Full Payment required – Complete payment is required at our kiosk office preferably at the least 3 days or 7 days prior to check in date.
  4. Full Payment on date of arrival – Cash Payment or Online Payment through (BDO Online Bank Transfer)
  5. Non-Full Payment, No Entry Policy – Strictly No Entry in the resort premises until fully paid at the kiosk office are made.
  6. Additional Pax and Extended time “with notice” - if available and applicable, must be paid/settled in full before entering the premises (see Clause#17)
  7. Undeclared pax, undeclared pets and extended time “without notice” - penalty applies (higher rate applies) and must be paid/settled in full before check-in/check-out (see Clause #17)
  8. Failure to pay in full before check in date or on the booking date – This will cancel/forfeit/terminate the guest deposit and reservation.
  9. Refundable Security/Damaged Deposit – Required upon booking.
    • Damaged Deposit Payment is required prior to check in.
    • Cranston Bay Resort – Maximum of Php1,000

OTHER CHARGES

  1. Security/Damaged Deposit – Is mandatory Damaged Fee upon booking to cover the damages and/or loss of items.
  2. Refundable Damaged Deposit – Refund will be made after a walk through with the primary guest or authorized representative and that the checklist is cleared without damages within the resort’s property and vicinity.
  3. NO COME and GO - All Guests with / without the intent to swim are included in the headcount. Primary Guest or the Authorized Representative who booked for a party or an event are held liable for its visitors who are not in the guest list, as the resort staff will not allow the undeclared guest to enter the resort premises.
  4. Extra Pax – The resort has the right to charge the extra pax rate if exceeded to a maximum allowable capacity of the resort. (see other charges 3.11/5.4 / additional charges 17).
  5. Damages caused by guest inside or within resort premises – Damage amount will be determined based on the current market price and need to be settled or paid by the Primary Guest or Authorized Representative before leaving the premises.
  6. Medium to Large electrical appliances - The resort reserved the right to question and charge an Extra Fees as listed in our charge list.
  7. Parties/Events – Fees Apply depending on severity of damages.
    • Applicable Damaged Fees like confetti, pasted decoration, stickers, scotch tape, rugby, nail, double sided tape, and the likes that may cause damage to the property of the resort like wall, glass, floor, tiles, doors, furniture, appliances, and everything that covers the resort property/premises.
  8. An Additional Charge in events or parties like extra appliances, photo booth, lights, sound system, medium or big speakers, catering, etc

Cranston Bay Resort Package

  • Weekdays (Mon-Thu) – 10-15Pax, Excess pax at Php200 per pax, up to 40pax villa capacity
  • Weekends (Fri-Sun) – 20-25Pax, Excess pax at Php200 per pax, up to 40pax villa capacity
  1. Standard Check-In / Check-Out Policy – Strictly stated in the guest Booking Slip and Lease Agreement. Guest should be aware of their check-in and check-out time.
  2. Mandatory Protocol 2 Hours Cleaning Time – No guest is/are allowed for early check-in unless time permitted.
  3. Requested Early Check-In and Late Check-Out – Depending on availability, mandatory Fees Apply as stated in the booking policy clause #10.3 and Other Charges #17
  4. Maximum Capacity – For safety of our guest, we adhere strictly to allowable minimum /maximum Resort Capacity only.
    • Any undeclared guest/visitor not listed in the guest list, will result to penalties/fine and will be held liable to the local Barangay Officials whom randomly roaming around the area for over capacity.
  5. Stampede or any unforeseen event caused by Primary Guest negligence inside the resort, will be the Primary Guest responsibility and not the Resort Staff and its Management.

CHECK IN POLICY

  1. No Full Payment, No Entry Policy within the resort premises
  2. Primary Guest – only Primary Guest is required to check in and present an ID, and settle the complete payment, including Security Deposit and all other Applicable Fees or Additional Fees avail by the guest, agreed, and signed in the Lease of Agreement as well as Booking Slip and walk through Check List
  3. Authorize Representative will act on behalf and of the same requirement as Primary Guest mentioned above.
  4. Listed Guest Entry – Only listed in the Guest List, is/are allowed to enter.
  5. Walk-Through Check List – A mandatory Walk-Through Checklist must be completed with the Primary Guest with the assigned resort staff before entering the resort premises. Otherwise, a letter of Authorize Representative is required in the absence of the Principal Guest.
  6. Additional Fees - Actual balances must be settled at our kiosk office, before entering the premises.

CHECK OUT POLICY

  1. Primary Guest and Resort Staff will Walk-Through the Check List once all the guest(s) are already out and must sign by both parties the said document(s)
  2. Any Lost and or Damages to the Villa, Personal property or within the property in either way caused damage(s) will be deducted based on the existing market price, damaged fees or charges applies.

CANCELLATION, TERMINATION, REVOKED POLICY

  1. No Show – Means cancellation of stay and No Refund of payment.
  2. Early Check Out - Considered sold and forfeiture of payments.
  3. Damages Caused by Guest – Management reserves the right to terminate, revoked and forfeit the payment once the guest breaks the rules or Agreement.
  4. Unexpected Events – Reasonable grounds, death, sickness, etc. can only be eligible for re-booking otherwise will be deemed sold/forfeited.
    • Consideration applies only for Primary Guest booked with family members.
    • This Does Not Apply if anything happened to the Primary Guest colleague(s)/visitor(s)/guest(s)/companion(s) or friend(s) listed in the guest list.
    • The Primary Guest will be required to present a legitimate doctors’ certificate, hospital /medical certificate, and barangay clearance on pursue of legal action.
  5. Force Majeure, Storm Cancellation - Announcement made and /or forecasted via PAG-ASA website/ TV platform, at least 3 days prior to booking dates – are strictly considered signal no.2 and no.3 can be cancelled.
  6. Management Cancellation Rights - Management reserves the right to apply the proper action which depends on reasonable ground, circumstances and/or availability of the villa(s)
  7. For unforeseen circumstances such as Power Failure or Water Shortage and Water Shutdown – these are causes from provider due to maintenance / disruption - a Discount or Extend Hours depending on availability of resort may offer in lieu of the non-power / non- water supply. Note: this is to be determined based on actual situation that occur.
  8. Appliances such as A/C, Fan, TV, Refrigerator, Water Dispenser, Videoke are included unless breakdown occurs or is under maintenance whereas the resort have no control and/or unmanageable of the issues, an alternate appliance(s) will be offered if available.
  9. WIFI access either on paid or complimentary access depends on availability / reliability of our service provider, due to low or limited connectivity and signals on our area.

PET POLICY

  1. Cranston Bay Resort (CBR) – Up to 2 Small Pets @ Php300/pups
    • Or 1 Large or Medium Pet @ Php500
  2. Pets must always haves 100% diaper and 100% inside in the cage that has been provided by the Resort Management.
  3. Strictly not allowed inside or within pool areas, inside bedrooms, within function hall, living room and kitchen area
  4. Small / medium breeds pets is only allowed in CBR - https://www.101dogbreeds.com/size/small-dogs
  5. Penalty / Violation Of The Above is Php1,500 to 2,500 – As a courtesy to our next guest these fees will cover cost of surcharge fee for extra cleaning, pool water discharge/ replaced, extra disinfection, cleaning pet mess, pet smell, flee, cause of allergies to other guest, as well as next guest dis-gusto or complaints and other applicable fees that can cause damage(s) for our property / resort premises.
  6. Pet use of Pool by intent or accident a Penalty of Php5,000
  7. Any violation by pet Owner, which may lead to any / all damages, loss, or resort property may lead to Legal Action by Resort Owner and its’ Management as whatever deemed necessary.

DAMAGE / THEFT OR LOSS OF RESORT PROPERTY

  1. Principal Guests and their party are liable for all damages within the resort property / premises whether by deliberate, negligent and/or reckless acts at the time of their stay at the resort.
  2. The Management and Owner reserve the right to retain the guest Deposit and any other personal information and or credit card details presented upon check in or registration at our kiosk office.
  3. Damages Must Be Paid in Full Amount - Guest is required to replaced or pay in full amount, of current market value, and which is reasonable to replace the resort property as deemed appropriate and necessary for the compensation of expenses incurred by the guest as result of the aforesaid acts. 
  4. Other Property Damages “Must Be” Paid in Full - Including missing items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation and the like.
  5. Incomplete Rooms and Area – Guest Rooms, Living Room, Kitchen, Extra Room, Swimming Pool - If found in violation, in-complete, disorder, disarray and/or “trashed” including pet policy violation, and or Villa / pool area violation including vandalism, littering, will be subject to maintenance deep cleaning fees, administration fees, third party fees, and other reasonable expenses that may arise from the circumstances.
  6. No Corkage fees, Clean as you go policy - we don’t require corkage fees but guest are required to clean their own bottles/drinking wines as they leave the premises.  Any broken glasses, damages and or littering and the like, a penalty applies.  (see penalty clause #17)
  7. Damages After Check Out – Should any damages come to the light after guest checked out, the Resort Reserves the Right to Chase, Charge, the guest his or her credit card, or request the guest for payment by resort staff via calling or messaging directly for expenses incurred resulting from such damage, including without limitation, all property damages and all the above mentioned.
  8. Legal Action – Resort owner reserves the right to file the Legal Action for all Violations as deemed lawful and necessary.
  9. CCTV footage is one of the many reasons at the resort for any damage / theft or loss related to resort property and guest damages as evidence(s) if this incident may occur. Request for personal issues (like personal/marital affairs, marital issues, group fight, brawl, contention, squabble, wrangle, and the like) the resort is not liable thereof to provide cctv copies as this is “against RA 10173 Data Privacy Act of 2012” unless the primary guest filed a case in the Barangay Official and only Barangay Officials can only request to our office.
  10. For request of CCTV footage, Cranston Management will require a written request letter from the Primary Guest with Barangay Official letter of request, the Management, and its Staff are not liable for any illegal usage or purposes.
  11. For request of Staff assistance, we only allow staff assistance within the resort premises, any assistance that require our staff to leave the premises will not be permitted. We held the guest responsible for any damages, claim, risk or loss that may arise within the resort if our staff is away due to guest request. If staff are not on guard due to guest request, the Management, and Staff are not liable for any illegal usage or purposes that may arise with or without guest intention.

LIABILITY, INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS

  1. Cranston and its Management shall have No Liability to primary guest and its parties, persons invited by Primary Guest, invited visitors, invited resort staff, invited outsiders, where the resort management is not informed, unknowingly admitted inside the resort premises, and that may have resulted for any special, indirect and/or consequential loss, theft, or damage(s) inside the resort premises. 
  2. Principal Guest shall Indemnify Cranston Resort and Hold Harmless against any and all Liabilities and Claims, Proceedings or Damages arising from the guest’s stay, function or acts, as well as of the persons invited by the principal guest, visitors, employees, or sub-contractors, or any unexpected outsiders permitted by the principal guest, in which is Not Permissible by the resort.
  3. In-Appropriate Use of Facilities - While guests may use our resort facilities at their own risk, Cranston Resort and its management shall not be liable or responsible for any claim, loss or any damages including harm and even including death resulting from In-Appropriate Use of the resort facilities, and or even admitting outsiders, or undeclared guest, unknown/uninformed to the Management and its staff.
  4. Unauthorized / Undeclared/ Unregistered Guest – will not be permitted.
    • Outsiders / Undeclared/Unregistered in our Guest List – will not be permitted within the resort premises. Only guest(s)/visitor(s) listed at the time of check in will be allowed inside the resort premises.
    • Primary guest are required to notify / provide, our booking admin, an “additional guest list” and settle the “additional payment” before entering the premises. Otherwise, undeclared guest or outsiders will not be permitted in the premises. This is to secure the place and avoid unforeseen event, danger, loss, etc.
    • Cranston Resort and its’ Management will NOT be held Liable - In the event of any claim, lost, or any damages including any harm and even including death that may arise within the resort, during or after the guest stay as this is a private rental property, as well if that resulted from aforesaid act.
  5. Primary Guest shall be Held Liable – if Children are left unattended. Minors should be always accompanied by an adult especially in the pool area.
  6. Cranston Resort shall not be liable for any injury or loss of lives of Guest during their course of stay. Life Jacket and Lifeguards were not provided unless requested with a fee(s). First Aid Kits can be requested and will always be available at our admin office.
  7. In the event of personal issues (like personal/marital affairs, marital issues, group fight, brawl, contention, squabble, wrangle, and the like)

 

OTHERS – (SMOKING, CITY RULES, PARKING, GARBAGE BIN, PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES, ETC.)

  1. A copy of Lease Agreement will be sent through email and must be signed and provide the office a copy including the deposit slip transactions.
  2. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the villa(s). A designated smoking area has been provided near in the parking lot. Using Vaping or Electronic Cigarettes may allow outside the villa(s) family, guest and living room area.
  3. Always abide with City Rules and Ordinances to avoid the proper authorities to Pre-Terminate your stay at the Resort.
  4. All kind of loud music and any form of noise pollution are prohibited especially after midnight.
    • Videoke Operation from Saturday and Sunday in until 10:00 PM only; Monday to Friday is from 8:00AM to 9:00PM only Turn off / tone down every possible noise that may disturb the peace and tranquility in the immediate vicinity.
    • Per City of Antipolo Ordinance #2011-467 and #2020-964
    • Night Tour Guest may be able to bring small blue-tooth speaker so that you have still sounds while the videoke is off.
    • Guest is encouraged to observe the noise pollution to avoid any disciplinary action from the local barangay official (tanod) and to avoid confiscating all related equipment that create such loud noise in the resort vicinity area.
  5. As per City Ordinance, Rules and Regulations for PARKING, Cranston Resort shall only provide 2 parking slot per Guest's. The Management will not be liable for a deemed illegally parked that can be subject to towing or clamping.
  6. Garbage bins are available inside the resort. The City of Antipolo is part of the YES GREEN ACTIVITY and we would like you to cooperate and do the segregation of your garbage and know where to throw them.
  7. Firearms or any other deadly weapons, prohibited activities such as hazing, vandalism, drunkenness, loud, shows and use of illegal drugs are strictly not allowed.
  8. All indecent activities such as pornography, Obscene act, sexual, child trafficking, sex trafficking, gambling, drug exchange, drug use, hazing, fraternities in all ages, are illegal or against the law so is strictly not permitted inside the resort.
  9. All Guest is required to take a shower first before Deeping into the Shower area located nearby the pool location.
  10. All Guests must have on proper swimming attire. Any colored or other absorbent materials such as cotton is not allowed since it can be bled into the pool, affecting water chemistry and balance and cause fibers to clog filters.
  11. If any chance for your Lost and Found, please call the resorts office immediately. The resort will keep the guests lost and found for 30 days or not later than 60 days, and if not claimed the resort have the right to dispose the item.
  12. The lessor can provide the City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (CDRRMO) certified lifeguards at pool premises, if require

COVID-19 GUIDELINES

UNDER GCQ WITH HEIGHTENED RESTRICTION REMINDERS

  1. Only 18 Years old and up to 65 Years old are allowed in the resort
  2. Age Under 18 Years old are NOT allowed
  3. Seniors 66 Years old and above are NOT allowed

UPON BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION

  1. All guests must be pre-registered before arrival at the resort.
  2. Government of Antipolo City Municipality and Dept. of Tourism, guests are now required to provide a list of all the guests in their group at least 24 hours before check-in. Each guest would need to provide some of their personal and health information as requested by the government. All data provided will be kept private and confidential.

UPON ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN

  1. Guests must present a Valid ID with picture for cross-checking on the pre-registered guest list.
  2. Face Masks are required during the pre-screening process before entering the Villa.
  3. There is mandatory Temperature check using thermal scanner. Guests with temperature exceeding 37.5°C even after 3 temperature checks, shall not be allowed to enter the Villa.
  4. Guest will be asked several COVID-19 related health questions to complete the health Declaration Form which will be submitted to the LGU and Dept. of Tourism.
  5. After the pre-screening process, guests will then proceed to the disinfection station. Guests will need to sanitize their footwear using the Sani Mat and disinfect their hands with alcohol.
  6. Guests have the option to place their bags or other belongings in the Baggage Drop-Off area in case they need assistance in bringing their things inside the Villa. Please note that the caretakers will only leave it outside the guest bedroom as they are not allowed to go inside.

DURING YOUR STAY

1.Gates will be closed/locked to ensure the safety of our guests. If a guest needs to step out of the resort premises, they may reach out to the resort staff to open and/or close the gates. Upon return to the Villa, guests will be required to go through our Disinfection Station again.

2.Disinfection of rooms and toilets were completed before check-in and can also be done upon request during your stay, but extra charge applies.

COVID-19 UPDATES

  1. We clean and disinfect the pool water for each and every guest.
  2. Note: DOH and LGU requirements, we are required to use chlorine to disinfect the water in compliance with the Sanitation Code of the Philippines."
  3. Aside from our regular cleaning routine, we now implement some additional disinfection steps.
  4. All areas are now sanitized using Endosan Non-Toxic Disinfectant through Misting, Fogging, Wiping and Mopping. We also use UV light sanitation in all our bedrooms and bathrooms
  5. All resort staff are fully equipped with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure both the guest’s and staff’s safety.
  6. As much as possible, minimal contact will be observed between the guests and our staff.
  7. Alcohol and sanitizer spray were dispensed upon entering the villa
  8. For health and safety reasons Guests are required to bring their own plates, utensils, cups, toiletries etc.
