BOOKING POLICY
- First Pay, First Book Basis
- No Pencil Booking
- 50% Down Payment required to secure reservation.
- Reserved dates are considered final. Non-refundable. No re-booking.
- No Show, No Refund (Applies to 1 or more reservation or booking) – Booking is considered Sold and Forfeited
- Security Deposit or Damage Deposit - required at the point of sale and/or time of reservation
- Rates depends on peak season and low season (Please refer to Rate Schedule Policy)
- Completed Reservation Slip to be Filled-Up
- Primary Guest Name, Villa of Choice, Session Am/Pm, Target Booking Date, Number of Guests, Contact Number.
- Availability of villa(s) may range between 7days to 14days, we require advance booking for guest to reserve the desired dates.
- We cannot guarantee availability without the required down payment or deposit.
- Primary Guest name with at least 1 valid ID is required to sign in the Lease of Agreement (LOA)
- Principal Guest, who contact and made the reservation date to our booking staff via FB Page is required to sign in the Lease of Agreement and will be responsible and liable as herein written in this legal document(s)
- An Authorized Guest Representative is required and must be provided in this agreement. This is the appointed secondary contact, in the absence of the Principal Guest at the time of check-in and is also held liable in this agreement prior to check-in.
- Guest List includes names and age are mandatory.
- Number of Guests is strictly within the villa(s) capacity as stated in Standard Resort Capacity.
SHORT TERM / LONG TERM / STAYCATION
- Our Villa (s) prioritize guest looking for Long Term staycation, from One Month, One Week, or 22 Hours Priority
- 10 Hours Stay, depends on availability, and can be moved on similar unit depending on unexpected circumstances.
- Walk-Ins are welcome depending on availability. Standard Package rate applies.
BOOKING / RE-BOOKING POLICY
- Same Day Booking:
- Full Payment is required, No Refund, No Cancellation
- Re-Booking allowed - No Penalty
- (One time Re-booking with rate difference applies)
- Within 24hrs Booking Period – Considered SOLD
- 50% Deposit is required, No Refund, No Cancellation
- Re-Booking allowed; Full Payment required – No Penalties
- (One time Re-booking with rate difference applies)
- If Within 1 to 7 Days Booking Period from the reserved date – Considered SOLD
- No refund, No Cancellation
- Re-Booking Not Allowed (Deposit is Forfeited)
- If more than 7 days Booking Period from reserved date – Considered SOLD
- 50% deposit is required, No Refund, No Cancellation
- Re-Booking allowed; Full Payment required – With Penalty
- 10hrs Php1,000 Per Session - (i.e., 22 hrs Php2,000, 32 hrs Php3,000)
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
- Refundable once determined cleared and without damages in the villa(s)
- Refund will be turn over after a Walk-Through Check list has been signed by assigned staff and signatures are required on a check-in/check-out list.
- Any Lost and or Damages to the Villa - Personal property or within the property in either way caused damage(s) will be deducted based on the existing market price, damaged fees or charges applies.
UPGRADE, DOWNGRADE, EXTENSION, EARLY CHECK IN / EARLY CHECK OUT POLICY
- Upgrade
- If the Primary Guest and its authorized visitor(s) have a sudden change of preference to a higher rate Villa/Resort, and or higher rate session will require to pay difference and penalty fee applies.
- Downgrade
- If the Primary Guest and its authorized visitor(s) have a sudden change of preference to a lower rate Villa/Resort, and or lower rate session.
- No Refund from a higher rate /higher session villa to lower rate/lower session villa.
- Stated in Booking/Re-Booking Policy applies.
3. Early check-in and Late check-out Policy –
As much as we would love our guest to enjoy their stay longer, we require our guest to inquire for availability, earlier of their stay, for Management approval. For extended minutes /hours without notice, penalty applies as outlined under other charges (Please see additional charges tab) due to time constraint and strict cleaning procedure as our courtesy for our next guest.
Early check-in and late check-out will depend on our Villa availability. We require advance request on the date of booking and will be permitted once Villa is available.

4. Extension hours without Notice to Management – Exceed 15 mins
Extension without notice, if the next session is unavailable, will be charged with penalty. (Please see additional charges tab)
Due to time constraint, and strict cleaning procedure, this will require additional on-call staff to prepare the facility as courtesy for our next guest. Penalty rate below:

- Cranston Bay Resort – Php2,000/every 30mins
** This is to cover the cost of extra labor/extra staff/extra on-call that requires to complete the full cleaning capacity of the facility, in courtesy and on time for the next incoming guest as we only allot a protocol of full 2 hours thorough cleaning, disinfecting and full walk-in inspection of the resort premises.
5. Early Check Out/ Cancellation – Early Check-Out /Cancellation of remaining hour(s)

- The Resort and its Management is not liable to provide discount for early check out.
- If Guest opted an early check out, or CANCEL their stay, the Full Payment will be forfeited and considered SOLD.
6. Revised Booking Slip Required

- Declaration of intent for the use of Villa, Additional Changes or Additional Request, other than the initial declaration at the time of booking
- Guest must declare if the Villa will be used for bigger events (such as parties, get together, team building, and the like,) must be declared to avoid last minute request and shortage of supply like furniture, tables, etc.
- For any request, like early or late check-in/check-out request, additional pax, additional time, additional use of appliance(s), must be advise ahead of time to avoid penalties.
- Booking Staff and or Resort Management must be informed in clear writing, by the Primary Guest or its’ authorized visitor(s), as early as at the time of booking or at least 1 day before check in.
- Booking staff will only be confirmed by signing in writing, as proof if the resort may accommodate or if can be allowed, the primary guests request.
7. Upgrade, Downgrade, Extension Payment – permitted depending on Villa availability, must be settled at the time of request and will be updated on the booking slip.
